History

In 2008, owners Ken Mauriello and Bill Payne teamed up to combine all of their years of experience in founding Thermocool LLC. Mr. Mauriello had served as an installation manager and Mr. Payne had spent years in HVAC system design. Early on Thermocool established itself as a new construction installation company. Even working through tougher economic times during the founding years, the company was able to find growth, and eventually established a service division. This allowed the company to better serve their customers by providing maintenance options as well as emergency services during system malfunctions.

Established in 2016, Louden Custom Sheet Metal was founded with a commitment to quality and precision in sheet metal fabrication. Originally based inside the historic Louden Firehouse, our shop has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted name in South Jersey. In our early years, the expansion of Louden allowed Thermocool to become a full service, self-sourced custom solution for their HVAC projects. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities and continued to deliver top-notch sheet metal products, all while honoring our roots in the heart of building and upholding the top level of craftmanship for our customers.

In 2019 our new office was built and the company moved from Berlin but a ‘stone’s throw away’ to Atco. Much has changed since 2008 except one thing and that is our dedication to the customer. We know if we provide honest, accurate and tailored service to our customers we will be a leading service provider in our area, it was that simple. Our team stands ready to serve our great customers who deserve nothing but the best. Our goal is to establish relationships with our customers for life.
